You may use the site to learn about our services and to request an appointment. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, access areas reserved for staff, or submit automated or fraudulent booking requests.

A booking made through this site is a request for a time slot. The appointment is confirmed once we contact you, so please make sure the phone number and email you give us are correct.

The times shown reflect availability at the moment you load the page. On rare occasions a slot may be taken by someone else while you are completing the form; if that happens we will offer you the nearest alternative.

If you cannot attend, let us know as early as you can on +1 (868) 736-0445 so we can offer the time to another patient.

Repeatedly missing appointments without notice may mean we ask you to confirm future bookings by phone before we hold a slot for you.

The information published here is general and for orientation only. It does not replace an examination, a diagnosis or a treatment plan from a qualified dentist, and you should not rely on it to decide about your own care.

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices in Trinidad & Tobago dollars (TTD) and may change.

The final cost of your treatment depends on your clinical examination and is confirmed with you before treatment begins. No payment is taken through this website.

The texts, images, logo and design of this site belong to Unique Perfect Smile TT or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written authorisation.

Clinical result images are published with the consent of the patients shown. Results vary from person to person and are not a promise of the outcome of your own treatment.

We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including for maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website, or from information published on it being relied on as clinical advice.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for the care we actually provide at the clinic, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
